Sod Installation
Installing new sod starts with removing the old lawn using a sod cutter, followed by proper disposal. A layer of nutrient-rich triple mix soil is added to support root growth and graded for optimal drainage. Finally, sod is laid in a staggered pattern to prevent shifting and ensure a smooth, finished look. After the job is complete, we send you the information on the watering schedule, which is a 4-week program.

Lawn in poor health
This lawn is clearly struggling and will need a lot to bring it back with just seeding and fertilizing

Sod cutting
Using the sod cutter we can cut all the old layer of sod off and dispose of it. Leaving a clean yard for the next step.

Triple mix soil
Adding fresh nutrient rich soil for the new sod to pull from, while also grading to appropriate slope.

Sod
Lastly is laying the sod in a staggered pattern over the new soil and giving it the first watering!
